HPC Settings

To run P-AIRCARS on HPC environment, user needs to provide some extra inputs. At present, HPC with slurm job scheduler can be used for running P-AIRCARS. Other job schedulers, like PBS, is in development. Following guidelines are for running P-AIRCARS in HPC environment.

• Slurm environment
  • Log in into cluster
  • Gather cluster specifications
  • Run P-AIRCARS from login node
  • Monitoring P-AIRCARS
